Andressa’s professional journey reflects a diverse range of skills, honed and cultivated across various roles and industries.
In her current role as the Operations and HR Manager at the Malaspina-Manex Group, she plays a pivotal role in overseeing a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from managing the day-to-day office operations, Human Resources, company websites and social media platforms, and expertly coordinating impactful events.
Prior to arriving in Canada in 2011, Andressa spent 11 years with Itau Unibanco, the largest bank in Latin America. There she focused on managing multifaceted projects and leading teams, including the development of meticulous controls and monitoring tools across multiple sectors, including internet, operations, call center operations, and logistics.
Andressa possesses a deep-rooted passion for human resources, including identifying, recruiting, training, and nurturing individuals from diverse backgrounds to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, firmly believing in empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Andressa’s approach is not just as a manager; she’s a mentor, guiding teams in a collaborative manner that promotes teamwork, motivation, and a strong sense of purpose.
Andressa has a bachelor’s degree in design from São Judas Tadeu University (Brazil), a Postgraduate in Marketing from ESPM in Brazil, and a Diploma in Business from Canadian College.
In her spare time Andressa enjoys painting, pottery, dancing and being in nature alone or with friends as well as pursuing a passion for holistic and alternative treatments that promote well-being and balance in her mind, body, and soul.
